新聞投稿須知

1.新聞稿投稿規範如下：

• 新聞文長需 300 字以上，2,000 字以下，恕不接受社群貼文、廣告文案等直接複製貼上，付費新聞稿刊登，請參照購買的字數限制。
• 圖片請上傳橫式。恕不接受 Logo、產品、人物等去背圖片及直式圖片，並將直接刪除您的投稿，不再另行通知。
• 文末可置入一原始網址，請勿置入短網址，系統將判定錯誤，會導致您無法投稿。
• 投稿成功後，同意文章內容會曝光在 ESG Daily 相關社群（粉絲團Line 官方帳號等）。
• 請於上稿前確保文字內容無誤，提交審閱後將不提供修改。

2.以下內容本平台恕不刊登：

• 內容涉及恐嚇、威脅、或詆毀他人名譽。
• 內容侵犯平台其他使用者或訪客。
• 內容討論非法行為或活動，並教唆他人從事這類非法行為或活動。
• 內容侵犯智慧財產權，如非法使用著作、商標或營業秘密。
• 內容包含不當揭露契約機密及信託文件等。
• 內容觸犯地區、國家，或國際之法律規範。
• 運用本網站洗公司、個人負評，或重複投稿相同內容等。
• 內容涉及療效及有違反政府法規之虞，包含但不限於醫療行為、醫材、藥品、食品、保養品等。
• 內容包含但不限於政治、宗教、槍砲彈藥、種族、誹謗、詐欺、傷害、猥褻、色情、保險條款、保險保障內容、毒品、賭博、區塊鏈交易或其他一切違反法令之檔案或資料、影音或圖片以及其網址連結。
• 內容引用無根據來源的故事、內容農場或國外文章，企圖混淆視聽。

本平台提供免費刊登服務，但不代表保證刊登，本平台保留審稿、調整標題及內文及刊登之權利。未通過審核之稿件將直接予以刪除，恕不另作通知及解釋。
付費新聞稿服務，將於付費並上傳稿件後會有專人聯繫。

Guidelines for News Submissions

1.Submission Guidelines for News Articles:

• News articles should be between 300 and 2,000 characters long; direct copying and pasting of social media posts or advertisement copy is not accepted.For paid press release publication, please adhere to the word limit specified in your purchase.
• Please upload horizontal images only. Submissions containing logos, products, people, or portrait images will be deleted without further notice.
• A single original URL may be placed at the end of your submission. Short URLs are not accepted and may result in your submission being rejected.
• By submitting, you agree that your article will be featured in ESG Daily’s affiliated communities (such as the Facebook page and Line official account).
• Please ensure your text is error-free before submitting for review, as revisions will not be permitted.

2.The platform will not accept the following types of content:

• Content that involves threats, intimidation, or defamation of others.
• Content that infringes upon the rights of other users or visitors.
• Content that discusses or encourages engagement in illegal activities.
• Content that violates intellectual property rights, such as the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Content that inappropriately discloses confidential contractual and trust documents.
• Content that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Use of the platform to manipulate corporate or personal reputations, or submitting duplicate content repeatedly.
• Content involving claims about effectiveness or possible violations of government regulations, including but not limited to medical procedures, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, foods, and cosmetics.
• Content containing, but not limited to, political, religious, firearm, racial, defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, obscene, pornographic, insurance policies and coverage, drugs, gambling, blockchain transactions, or any other content in violation of laws or regulations, including files, data, audio-visuals, images, or URLs.
• Content that references unsubstantiated sources, content farms, or foreign articles with the intent to mislead.

The platform provides free publication services but does not guarantee publication. The platform reserves the right to review, adjust headlines and content, and decide whether or not to publish.
Submissions that do not pass the review process will be deleted without notice or explanation.
