影響型領袖的管理概論
在一由會員組成而非員工所組成的團體中，領頭人無法像企業老闆般指使或責成其他夥伴按照自己希望的方向行事，會員對你沒有任何義務或虧欠，甚至許多理監事在權力與資歷上還要高出自己許多，要能夠帶動這樣的組織，影響力要比管理力重要多了。 年前卸下了協會理事長一職，除了感到輕鬆許多外，但這兩年多下來，也對擔任這樣類型組織的必備條件有了很深的感悟。要能夠發揮深遠且有效的影響力，我覺得擔任公協會的理事長必須要具備以下條件： 一、誠信：一個領導者要能夠讓團體走的正並受到尊重，誠信是絕對必要的條件。哪怕其他的能力再強，如果只為了自己私利或沒有在道德上有一個的堅持，也只是把組織整的烏煙瘴氣無法凝聚，無法成為穩定或偉大的組織。 二、願景：一個組織或團體必須要持續的進步與創新，才能在這多變的時代永續存在，甚至發揮更大的效益與影響力。而要能有這樣的動力，領導人或組織的願景非常重要，有了願景才知道組織的發展方向或影響力的發散範圍，以規劃出最佳的資源分配。 三、公關力：在公協會這樣約束力鬆散的團體中，會員與夥伴一旦感覺沒有獲得利益或關注，很有可能就會背棄而去。大多數的會員都是為利、為名而來，假使沒得到想要的，多半不會願意繼續花費金錢繼續留下。 四、執行力：有了共同的願景與想法後，有效建立工作項目並落地執行就是組織發展的最後一哩路。沒有啟動的想法與計畫永遠都只是在虛幻空中的夢想。 如果以一到五分計算，我分別在「誠信」與「願景」上給自己五分與四分，但是在「公關力」與「執行力」上面，我覺得自己並不及格，如果沒有遇到職員或是組織夥伴在這方面可以互補的，那由我帶領可能就不會有很好的成果。也希望自己未來在這兩個面向上還能夠改變與進步。 參與那麼多的協會與團體，看見理監事們多是出錢又出力為組織與會員奉獻者，但大多數會員只是把協會當作服務提供者，並不願意為團體多出一份力量與心意，自然也不會懂得參與者常能獲得更多這個道理。 我夢想著，未來所有的公協會都聚集著一堆熱心與有著高強合作意願的夥伴，在不同的領域與產業中發揮出最大的影響力。 我～夢想著….
